- Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)-

- Experience Level:- 1-2 years of relevant experience

- Salary Range:- INR 10,000 to INR 30,000 per month

Responsibilities :

1. Identify new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new clients through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques.

3. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.

4. Conduct presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing our products/services and highlighting their benefits.

5. Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives.

6. Prepare and present regular progress reports and forecasts to management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.

7. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

8. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services and address customer concerns or inquiries effectively.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Proven track record of 1-2 years in business development or sales roles, preferably in [industry/domain].

3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

5. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

7. Willingness to travel as needed.
