Senior Digital Marketing Executive 


Job description

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns based on marketing strategies / email or phone database / remarketing ads etc.

- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

- Implementation and analysis of FB Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and similar tools

- Optimize user funnels for e-commerce projects or lead-generation campaigns

- Getting Digital Marketing Strategy & Advertising Strategies which include Social Media, S.E.O., Google AdWords and any other platforms as per requirements, from the external agency.

- Day-to-day management of online campaigns across channels including (but not limited to): paid social, paid search, content, organic, referral, email, direct mail, podcasts, affiliate, videos etc.

- Creating monthly analytical reports.

- Scheduling copy for release at optimal times.

- Monitoring users' engagement with and feedback on every post.

- Analysing and reporting on the effects of publications.

- Keeping track of data and analysing the performance of social media campaigns

- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices& technologies

- Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels(LinkedIn, FB, Twitter, Insta, etc)

- Manage a budget for social media activities

- Use analytics and business intelligence tools such as Google Analytics and internal dashboards to better understand our customers and exploit those insights in marketing campaigns

- Creating monthly analytical reports.

- Planning and executing tasks as per the deadline.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Proven working experience in digital marketing

- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

- Experience as a social media manager or a similar role for 2 years

- Experience in creating social media strategies

- Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.

- Excellent written communication skills
