Acquisition Manager - CASA Sales - Bank (1-2 yrs)
Position : Premier Acquisition Manager - CASA)
Location : Anand, Vapi, Rajkot
Experience : - Min. 06 Months Exp. In BFSI / NBFC / Any Finance Co.
CTC : 3.50 LPA ( depends on interview) + Incentive + Other Benefits
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Acquisition of HNI's only.
2. Selling TPP and Generating Revenue.
3. Building CASA book .
4. Should have some knowledge and experience in Portfolio Management.
5. Should have some existing base of customer- s
6. To cross-sell TPP like Insurance, Gold, Locker, FD, Asset Products etc.
KEY ACTIVITIES :
- Cold calling
- Securing appointments
- Understanding Customer's occupation and needs
- Introducing and explaining suitable products
- Resolving converted customers queries problems
- Managing database
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Graduate or post graduate (in any field)
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Selling skills with a clear focus on acquiring new CA/SA
- Presentable and demonstrating basic etiquettes
- Persuading skills
