Acquisition Executive - Sales - Export/Import (0-5 yrs)
We are hiring Acquisition Executive for our Client.
Location : Kochi/ Bangalore
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Deals with the programming team on a daily basis, and negotiates regularly with the regional sales teams to secure content.
- Require frequent contact with Operations, Marketing and Finance
- Managing the recruitment process for a range of opportunities.
- Managing the flow of incoming and outgoing material
- Analyzing current format trends, competitor analysis and market intelligence
- Reviewing projections and analyzing sales patterns to benchmark format titles value
- Working closely with Line Managers to understand needs for their teams
- Maintaining a talent database
- Maintaining calendar for executives including booking and confirming meetings
Qualification :
- MBA Freshers with good communication skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
