- As the Digital Marketing Head, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive online visibility, brand awareness, and customer engagement. You will lead a team of digital marketing professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals and objectives. Your role will involve overseeing various digital marketing channels, analyzing data, optimizing campaigns, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies in alignment with overall business objectives.

- Lead a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance management.

- Oversee and optimize digital marketing channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.

- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling and engaging content for various digital platforms.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.

- Identify and implement strategies to improve campaign performance, increase website traffic, and enhance user engagement.

- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and recommend innovative strategies to drive growth and maximize ROI.

- Develop and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and cost optimization.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as product management and sales teams, to align digital marketing activities with overall business goals.

- Maintain strong relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to leverage expertise and drive successful collaborations.

- Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.

- Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting key insights, achievements, and areas for improvement.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

- Proven work experience as a digital marketing manager or similar role, with a successful track record of developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.

- In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics platforms.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.

- Proficiency in using digital marketing and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, social media management platforms, and email marketing software.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving targets.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.

- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.

- Experience in the e-commerce industry or digital agency is a plus.
