Acme Visa Solutions Ltd is looking for Customer Relationship Officers.
We seek a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude.
Main Job Duties:
- Responsible for the administrative operation of your office department such as word processing record keeping and filing operating telephones data entry and other activities involving general office and organizational skills.
- Other responsibilities would include preparing and submitting progress and other reports to team leaders,
- Coordinating with the case processing department,
- Providing checklists to clients and gathering essential documents from clients.
Successful candidates should have the following attributes:
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Solid communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
- Ability to organize multitasks, prioritize and work under pressure.
Experience: Past experience will be considered an asset but not mandatory. Experience or knowledge in Immigration is preferred.
