Acies - Manager - Business Development (5-11 yrs)

Job description :

Responsible for driving growth at Acies Global through the acquisition of new client engagements. The Senior Business Development Executive will groom and grow a team of associates to bring new business to Acies. We are looking for individuals with the hunger and desire to grow as a leader in the organization as we build the Acies brand together.

Responsibilities :

- Generate qualified leads individually and by leading a team

- Nurture the leads through the sales funnel all the way to generating proposals and closing deals

- Develop, maintain, and enhance reports to capture deals through the sales funnel and measure effectiveness of the sales process

- Work closely with senior management at Acies to enhance messaging and explore innovative channels to attract new clients

- Interact directly with prospective senior clients to communicate the Acies value proposition, explore opportunities and win engagements

- Work closely with the CEO of Acies to nurture client relationships and potential partnerships that can help us scale

Preferred Skills :

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - both oral and written

- 5-10 years of direct sales experience focused on Technology, Analytics, and Digital Transformation services in a global consulting - rm

- Demonstrated experience in closing deals of $1MM plus over the last 2-3 years

- Experience with global delivery and selling to companies and clients in the North America/Europe geographies

- Some experience with leading and mentoring lead gen resources

- Familiarity with the analytics and technology industry - latest trends and the competitive landscape

- Hunger, positivity, and curiosity are a must. We are looking for brand builders and go-getters!

Desired Skills :

Hands-on experience with sales operations processes and creating sales reports
