Ace Infoway - Manager - Business Development (3-7 yrs)
They identify, qualify and secure business opportunities by cultivating and maintaining mutually beneficial business relationships with current and potential clients.
- Researching effectively to create new customers on a continuous basis.
- Carry out sales and/or marketing campaigns to ensure business acquisition, through different methods like calls, emails, and social media marketing and so on.
- Understand the requirements of the customer and map it to the available products & services of the organization and prepare relevant proposal for the prospects
- Meet with business targets set for the accounting year on a monthly basis and ensure a steady booking of orders throughout the year
- Market intelligence activities for the sector, identify clients and needs
- Build company profile and brand image in the market through sustained campaigns
- Preparing various presentations and attending client meetings through web conference
- Following up clients continuously and responding to client enquiries
- Continuously monitor customer satisfaction
- Securing business opportunities by cultivating mutually beneficial business relationship with current and potential clients
