Customer Service Requirements :


1. Handle incoming calls and emails.


2. Build good relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.


3. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.


4. Keep records of both email and telephone interactions.


5. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.


Roles and Responsibility :


1. Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.


2. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.


3. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.


4. Excellent communication and follow up skills.
