Job Description

Knowledge Of Tendering Departments, GEM, Etc. GEM Portal Handling Like Adding Catalogue, Deleting Catalogue, Authorizing Reseller, Etc. Download Tender From Portal & Prepare Tender Documents And Uploading On Site Timely Submission Of Tender Online And Offline. Prepare Proper Pre-Qualification,

Technical Qualification & Financial BOQ. Coordination With The Tender Departments Or Having Knowledge For Sending Request Letter, Extension Letters. Coordination With OEMs For Quotation & For Rates And Other Technical Documents. Preparing Purchase Order For OEM. 

- Follow Up With Accounts Department For EMD Preparation Or Submission Of The Same. If Required Able To Attend The Pre-Bid Meeting Of Tender And Maintain Rapport In Market Of Company. 

- Follow Up With Tender Department For Refund Of EMD And Look Up Payment Related Matters & Any May More.

- Follow Up With OEM, Customer, Accounts Through E-Mail & Telephone. Skills Of Price Negotiations And Maintain The Price Sheets For Best Results And Participations
