Accubits Technologies - Associate - Sales/Client Partner (0-3 yrs)
We are looking for a responsible and highly motivated Sales Associate who is ready to take on all sales responsibilities from generating leads to closing sales. Our ideal candidate will deliver a professional presentation to customers, and uphold the ideals and standards of our company.
Responsibilities :
- Deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work with customers to determine their needs and then recommend the right solution/ product to solve the customer's problem.
- Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and following up on leads.
- Developing lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers.
- Assist in ensuring that the product presentation area is crisp and clear.
- Develop and cultivate strong buying relationships with customers.
- Use company literature and available training resources to stay up to date on product features.
- Coordinates with different departments and stakeholders to maintain a smooth process cycle.
Qualifications and skill set :
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Self-starter with a strong drive and good attitude.
- Strong English writing, communication & video conferencing skills.
- Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Quick learner and eager to use new tools.
- Highly organized and strong ability to multitask.
- Ability to influence decision-making and change.
- Ability to follow through on tasks until completed.
- High degree of flexibility.
- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Associate, Client Partner or similar role will be a bonus but not a requirement.
