Job Responsibilities :
- Achieve all the target given by the management.
- Map all the Pharma corporates/companies to find out the requirement of students that can be placed in the corporates/companies
- Meet corporates and give presentations to the concerned departments
- Generate leads and procure vacancies.
- Create new avenues or markets for future growth
- Maintain good relations with the customers (Company's Recruitment Manager, HR Heads)
- Maintain and submit all reports to the management
Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years of experience is needed as Placement Officer/Manager with some university or college or any educational institute or EdTech.
- Pleasing personality
- Good communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- Good in MS word - Power point and Excel
- Self-starter
