We serve 250+ enterprises globally and are the highest rated travel platform in Asia and among the top 10 globally on G2. We are backed by global tier 1 VCs - Matrix Partners, Greenock's Capital and Vy Capital and have grown 3x in the middle of the pandemic (a definite standout in the T&E space). We have a strong presence in Asia and are growing rapidly after entering US in 2021. To lead our growth in the US, we are looking for a Rockstar who will be an early members of our US sales team and the first person who will be based in the country. You'll work directly with the Founders to build our business in the region. This roles will have multiple degrees of freedom and opportunity to grow exponentially by joining the early US team.

What you will be expected to do :

- Own the complete cycle from prospecting to closing and launching new customers.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients post-sale

- Understand customer's needs and ITILITE's product deeply and articulate ITILITE's unique value proposition to close deals

- Generate new leads through personalized outreach

- Develop strategies, along with marketing team, for generating more leads in your region

- Maintain an effective 2 way communication with all details in the CRM

- Hit the monthly sales goals

We want you if you have :

- At least 3 years of hunting experience with a SaaS product

- Experience of selling to C-level executives and finance teams

- Understanding of B2B selling process

- Track record of generating your own pipeline

- Track record of consistently hitting your targets

- Ability to own the outcomes in a remote environment

- Knack for generating the required support instead of waiting for it

- Hustle & High adaptability to fast paced change
