Accounting Sales Role (1-5 yrs)

Our client is a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) arm of Saffron Tech. Collar Search, an ISO 9001: 2008 certified company is highly experienced in the field of Offshore IT Staffing and Recruiting. Geographically based in New Delhi, India with its sales office in New Jersey, USA;

The Job

Responsibilities :

- The primary focus is to bring new business from new and existing clients.

- Define and develop lead generation strategies and marketing plans for new accounts & to further penetrate existing accounts.

- Maintains an ongoing relationship with prospective clients, continuously assessing and communicating how Collar Search as a RPO can meet their needs.

- Cold calling and Market research to locate the potential Vendors/Clients.

- Should provide timely feedback to the management regarding performance, activity reports and account strategy concerns.

- Expertise generating new business for APO Augmentation Services.

- Excellent interpersonal, rapport-building and negotiation skills.

- Expert in Delivery Management / Client Servicing

Ideal Candidate

- Excellent communication

- Knowledge and understanding of US Accounting, Quickbooks and Bookkeeping

- Sales experience required proficient skills in QuickBooks, NetSuite, Tally, Microsoft Excel, and any other US Payroll Software

Experience : 1-5 years of experience in Sales (Preferably in US Accounting Sales)

Shift Timings : 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (Saturday and Sunday Off) - 5 days working

Job Location : Noida, Sector 60 (work from home for next 3 months)
