JD Account Manager/ Client Partner
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with at least 2+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT Staffing business Development and have worked in staff augmentation. As an Account manager, you will be responsible for handling client relations and helps in basic processing of resume for a contract staffing to fulfil requirements of our direct client. Experience as HR Recruiter and Lead generation will be considered an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for new business development of strategic accounts and managing end to end client relations.
- Helps in basic processing of resume for a contract staffing to fulfil requirements of our direct client
- check for technical position from the client and look out for fulfilment.
- Responsible for getting new leads/requirements and must have prior relationships with direct / End Clients
- Responsible to work as HR/ Client manager both, handling the client and talking to the candidates simultaneously.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as an Account Manager.
- Must have experience in IT staffing business development
- Experience as HR Recruiter will be considered an advantage.
- Knowledge in lead generation will be a plus.
- Aggressive and Target oriented with the ability to work in high-pressure environment, and self-motivated.
