Account Manager - Sales - SaaS Products (6-8 yrs)

Position: Account Manager

Position Summary:

Account Manager up sells and cross sells imocha's products and services to clients, and is a quota carrying position. They have the ability to articulate complex solutions, build and maintain senior level relationships, and navigate across customer business units in an autonomous and remote role. Strategic Account Executives also provide technical and administrative product information and demonstrations to stakeholders within strategic accounts as needed.

Responsibilities

1. Manage and grow revenue and market share at designated enterprise accounts to achieve individual quota and maintain imocha's strategic objectives

2. Develop and maintain client relationships to ultimately drive revenue growth and ensure effective service delivery to accounts

3. Coordinate and plan account growth strategies, along with all teams

4. Focus on creating customer's account mining plans by knowing the customer's businesses, workflows and develop a proper contact network within accounts

6. Support execution of strategy at the account level

7. Work with and bring in experts/specialists where required

8. Plan, communicate, and oversee the execution of monthly business development activities for named accounts. Portfolio growth in accounts by creating opportunities to connect senior customer stakeholders

9. Responsible for forecasting, keep management in touch with accounts in a timely fashion, gather intelligence on competitor activity, and give feedback to marketing

10. Track customer activity in internal systems in order to execute an account strategy and identify additional opportunities

11. Own account relationship and drive overall customer satisfaction for assigned accounts

Requirements:

1. 6-8 years of demonstrated successful Software Sales Experience (SaaS / Cloud) in the Enterprise segment

2. Graduate and MBA with computer background

3. Prior account mining experience a must

4. Hands-on experience of using HubSpot or similar CRM

5. Solution or consultative sales experience

6. Able to clearly and directly articulate complex solution offerings

7. Challenger sales attitude

8. Team Player: collaborate with various team members regularly

9. Ready to own & drive the revenue growth in assigned accounts

10. Well versed with MS Office.
