JD for Account Manager :

1. Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their digital marketing goals and objectives. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests related to their digital marketing campaigns.

2. Campaign Strategy and Planning : Collaborate with clients to understand their target audience, budget, and marketing objectives. Develop digital marketing strategies and plans tailored to meet their specific needs, utilizing various channels such as social media, search engine marketing, email marketing, and content marketing, paid.

3. Campaign Execution and Management : Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the client's expectations. Coordinate with internal teams, such as creative, content, and technical teams, to ensure smooth campaign implementation.

4. Performance Tracking and Analysis : Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using relevant metrics and analytics tools. Provide regular reports to clients, highlighting key performance indicators, insights, and recommendations for optimization and improvement.

5. Client Support and Issue Resolution : Address client concerns or issues promptly and effectively. Collaborate with internal teams, such as technical support or creative teams, to resolve any problems and ensure a positive client experience.

6. Market Research and Competitor Analysis : Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing strategies, and competitor activities. Conduct research and analysis to provide clients with insights and recommendations to stay ahead in the digital marketing landscape.

7. Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams : Work closely with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, creative, and technical teams, to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of digital marketing campaigns.
