Account Manager - Sales - IT (7-15 yrs)

An International IT Services organization with focus on value added reselling, IT Managed Services & asset disposal services is looking for Sales account managers to supporting its operations in UK, USA, Europe & Canada.


This is a full time work from home position.

Attributes & experience requirements :

1. Experience of sales account management handling a portfolio of end customers at an IT value added reseller or global system integrator, preferably managing overseas customers

2. Working knowledge in IT sales - products and services for any of the overseas markets relevant for UK, USA, Europe or Canada markets

3. Experience of sales related processes and sales techniques & IT product lines

4. Good knowledge of IT valued added resellers and an established history / relationship with global IT purchasers / customers

5. Innovative and transformation mindset to identify improvement opportunities to optimize business purchase processes, increase sales and profitability

6. Minimum educational qualification - Graduation from a reputed University

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Supporting lead sales account manager in UK with account management of existing accounts

2. Account management - key responsibility includes daily sales activity, client follow up and account farming on dedicated portfolio of company's customers

3. Understanding individual customer preferences and customer requirements in order to be able to assist the customers with their IT needs - identifying opportunities, building pipeline, offering suitable IT solutions and generating business on existing and new accounts

4. Ensuring timely delivery of products & services to the accounts managed

5. Resolving any delivery or other issues in order to maintain customer continuity

6. Strengthening customer trust and improve relationship with the account

7. Supporting lead sales account managers with quotations, purchase management, solution building and other sourcing related requirements for managing end customer accounts
