Account Manager - Sales - Education (1-5 yrs)
The main areas of responsibilities for this role are detailed under :
1. Deliver on Sales Targets :
a. Adhere to the sales policies and procedures for centre in collaboration
b. Innovate and suggest local sales promotion activities within budget
c. Grow and sustain advertisement & sales revenue by focusing on educational clients
2. Customer Account Management :
a. Identify and Aquire Clients relevant with our product offerings.
b. Build alliances with educational clients / institutions.
c. Provide inputs in the development of sales pitches and proposals.
d. Track and facilitate the process of credit collections.
3. Business Development :
a. Continuously collate competitive data for business intelligence and monitor competitive offerings and give their inputs to help reposition / redesign / introduce offerings.
b. Identify new and prospective customers, initiate and develop alternative sources of content to increase business
c. Customer Relationship Management and Negotiation Skills
d. Analytical skills for analyzing products, customers and market dynamics.
e. Focus and ability to achieve competitive revenue targets.
f. Ability to prioritize competing demands.
g. Self Driven and ability to take decisions on their own
h. Experience of working in the education portal is essential
i. Ideally should have handled educational clients and institutions
j. Flair for taking up responsibilities independently.
