Account Manager - Sales - Digital Marketing Consulting Firm (5-10 yrs)

Grow Your Staff is looking for an Account Manager for a Digital Marketing Consulting Firm in the United States. The position is open to anyone located in Hyderabad, India, or who is willing to relocate.

The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will be directly working with the team based out of the United States from 5:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST (Monday - Friday). Temporary WFH due to Covid.

About the client

The client is a quickly growing digital marketing consulting firm, focused on data-driven growth in the performance marketing channel for brands and publishers. We support our clients in customized ways depending on needs and provide a consultative approach to solving client's unique challenges.

We are looking for someone with experience in affiliate, performance or partner marketing to join our team. The candidate should have a healthy balance of analytic capabilities and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities :

- To understand and communicate client's brand and marketing goals

- Assists with client projects and programs by executing deliverables to achieve client's goals and objectives

- Work with consultants to prioritize tactics and proactively adjust when client's needs shift

- Interact with clients as needed, ensuring the client is well informed of deliverable execution

- Assists with account reporting and provides insights and potential action items to consultants

- Ideate on new ways to analyse and review data

- Does market research about certain industries, verticals and/or competitors

- Assists with monthly, quarterly, or annual reports and presentations as needed

- Develops and nurtures relationships to create win-win partnerships

Requirements :

- A bachelors or masters in Marketing/Business or a related field

- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

- Has exceptionally strong communications skills, both written and oral

- A self- starter who is well organized, detail oriented and proactive

- A problem solver who can think creatively about solutions
 
- Is able to prioritize a large scope of work and deliver priorities by deadlines

- Has an entrepreneurial mind and is collaborative and open to other's ideas

- Strong technical comprehension

We want someone with at least 3-5 years of experience. We are willing to hire someone with lesser experience if you have the required skills!

Total CTC in the range of 5,00,000- 10,00,000 INR per annum based on experience.
