A digital agency is looking for the profile of Account Manager.

Location : Mumbai

Experience : Graduate (MBA preferred) with experience of 2+ years in client servicing and account management from top 5 digital agencies.

Job Description :

- Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of their projects and campaigns that directly affect each client

- Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client that can be employed by other departments as well

- Coordinate internal projects and determine the best utilization of resources to increase client satisfaction

- Become the reliable point of contact for each customer that is required to establish a strong business relationship

- End to End execution of marketing projects and campaigns, including ideation

- Measure and report on performance of all digital marketing campaigns

- Coordination with all internal and external stakeholders involved to ensure successful execution and the delivery of all elements as per the client's brief and in most cases exceeding the briefs.

- Close interaction with design, planning, project management and execution teams to review delivery of services
