Account Manager - Sales - Cyber Security (12-20 yrs)

- 12+ years of experience in handling Govt. clients, managing key accounts, strategy formulation, independent go-getter, close big-ticket projects in Govt., Institutions, Pvt./Enterprise Sector. Out of total experience must have 6-8 years of experience in promoting the Cybersecurity/Information Security solutions in System Integrator domain with relevant exposure of sales of SoC as managed services in enterprise/SM Sector.

- Shall responsible for sales of cybersecurity & information security solutions as SI and manage across the Govt. & Enterprises domain independently.

- Manage the end-customers to create and drive revenue opportunities. 


- Review, draft and manage reseller and partnership focused commercial agreements. 


- Manage program/project schedules and associated dependencies, identify risks and communicate with key stakeholders. Drive issues to logical closure. 


- To represent the client in various events and conferences and should be comfortable presenting to a large audience To Manage and coordinate with the Security team.

- Must have engineering background preferably in CS/ IT with management degree. 


- Have basic technical understanding of subject. 


- Handle business issues/customer requirements and provide timely solutions with support of tech team.

- Present the sales and account management plans, revenue targets to management, follow up and pursue opportunities to logical closure Identify and pursue new regions, sectors, and areas where opportunities can be developed. 


- Achieve targets on a quarter-on-quarter basis with monthly goals to be managed by high degree for forecast accuracy. 


- Work with the product specialist team and encourage cross team collaboration. 


- Must have conversations with government tendering processes.

- Collaborate with the marketing team building strategies around client acquisition and retention.


- Develop long and lasting relationships with clients, effectively engage new businesses. 


- Gain access to decision makers of the organization CXO/CISO level, helping build up additional business scope with them. 


- Balancing both the strategic and tactical elements of deal negotiation Growing Client's presence in the business and private sector etc.

- Understanding of Security Services integration Public speaking skills and ability to articulate complex concepts to a cross-function audience. 


- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives.


- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to set clear priorities in a fast-paced environment
