Account Manager - Sales/Customer Success - BFS (2-3 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities :

- The Sales and Account Management role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients and customers to promote the company's products (Probe42 Banking and Probe42 Business)

- The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building long term relationships, and maintaining existing accounts. They will also be responsible for meeting sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction

- Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets

- Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities and building relationships with potential clients

- Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and requirements, and offering solutions that meet those needs

- Conducting presentations and product demonstrations to clients and prospective customers

- Coordinating with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction

- Preparing and presenting sales reports and forecasts to management.

- Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients and partners

- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of the company's products, industry trends, and competitors.

Skills :

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Knowledge of CRM software and sales processes

- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets

- Flexibility to travel and work outside of regular business hours, if required
