Job Overview:


- We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Account Managers to join our team in Indore. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our valued clients, understanding their business goals, and guiding them in utilizing AiTrillion's platform to its fullest potential. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction, driving revenue growth, and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities :

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and build long-lasting relationships.

- Understand clients' business objectives and provide tailored solutions using AiTrillion's platform.

- Onboard new clients and conduct product demonstrations to showcase the platform's capabilities.

- Assist clients in setting up and optimizing their Ecommerce sales and marketing strategies.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or platform-related issues raised by clients promptly.

- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.

- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure seamless client experiences.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide clients with actionable insights and recommendations.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitor offerings.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably as an Account Manager or in Ecommerce sales and marketing.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.

- Strong analytical skills to understand client data and provide data-driven recommendations.

- Familiarity with Ecommerce platforms and Marketing Automation tools is a plus.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Willingness to work in the night shift for US clients or day shift for all other clients.
