Account Manager/Executive - Recruitment Startup (0-2 yrs)

This role is for a disruptive recruitment startup. They are VC funded and run by some of the best brains in the country (IIMC/BITS Pilani/NITIE/IMT background) and are looking for disrupters to join the team. The startup is building a trusted marketplace powered by AI.

On their platform companies act as buyers and a recruiters network (made up of 1000s of recruitment agencies, Millions of HR freelancers ) act as sellers. Companies posts jobs on the platform and the sellers network shares candidates profiles (source/headhunt/connect from social networks etc.) with them on the platform. Their algorithms then further rank those profiles to pass on only the best fit profiles to companies. Fundamentally, they are doing what Uber or Airbnb have done to respective industries.

This specific role is for someone to manage and grow the recruiters network. Its a growth hacking role. Below are some of the responsibilities for the role that you can expect:

- Build relationship and manage a set of partners. Growth hack their growth, because if we can make them grow, we grow !

- Continuously think of how you can improve the product and provide feedback to the product team basis your experience

- Like Michael Schumacher, break all targets and records set . There are no benchmarks, you have to create them

- Build relationships with the partners and get maximum output from them.

- Ensure retention and growth of every partner

- Grow the partner base and be involved in building partner strategy
