Job Description
Account Manager (Digital Marketing):
- Coordinate and manage client accounts while ensuring client retention, query resolution, and deadline maintenance
- Handle ad campaigns that require knowledge in marketing, promotions, creative design, and public relations
- Ensure Timely closure of jobs/Projects following by swift collections and timely reminders to clients on Payments
- Will play a vital role in building a strong client base through New Business acquisition and Pitching, Account Ownership, New Business conversion and Lead Generation
- Must have/Develop an understanding capability in Digital and Advertising Strategy domain through market research
- Manage team and client expectations through meticulous documentation of meetings, client brief, and job lists
- Actively involve with the team in brainstorming activities and brand strategy discussions
- Must have excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and must have good knowledge of Hindi and Telugu as well.
CTQ Parameters:
Min:1 year to Max: 8 years of work exp as Account Manager (Digital Marketing, Social Media).
CTC: Hike on current salary.
