6. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products/services to existing clients, driving revenue growth and expansion within accounts.

7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in account management and customer success, leveraging insights to continuously improve processes and strategies.

8. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights into account performance, challenges, and opportunities.

- Qualifications:-

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

2. Proven experience in account management, customer success, or a similar role, preferably in the [your industry] industry.
