Account Manager - Customer Service - eLearning (2-5 yrs)
Requirements :
- Proven 2+ experience in account management, customer service, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Ability to analyze and interpret customer needs and preferences
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts effectively
- Proficiency in computer programs and technologies relevant to the industry (e.g. CRM software, Microsoft Office)
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, communications) or equivalent experience
Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients on individual level
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the account management team, including setting goals and providing guidance and support
- Develop and implement strategies for improving client relationships and driving revenue growth
- Lead a team of recruitment coordinators to ensure the effective management and growth of client accounts
- Manage and track client accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations, marketing, delivery) to ensure client needs are met
- Prepare and present reports and presentations to internal and external stakeholders
- Attend industry events and conferences as necessary to represent the company and network with potential clients.
