As an account manager - client Servicing

What you will be tasked with :

- Ensure the utmost excellence in the quality of operations and the integrity of solution delivery

- Take ownership for delivery of all all phases of the project, ensure client satisfaction through timely communication, ensure delivery of deliverables within communicated time frames

- Deliver precise reporting on performance to the sales team and external clients

- The role holder is responsible to serve as the interface between the customer service and the sales team in a company.

- The tole holder will be assigned a company's existing client accounts. The purpose of being assigned particular clients is to create long term relationships with the portfolio of assigned clients.

- Recommend and identify opportunities to grow business with the customers and engaging sales team with the process

What you need :

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proven ability to think clearly, analyse quantitatively, problem-solve, scope requirements and prioritise

- Prior experience in a client-facing role and demonstrated success in project management or project coordination within a fast-paced startup environment

- Proven ability to work with diverse and cross-functional teams and prioritise multiple deliverables
