Job location: Bangalore (work from office)


Responsible for deploying technology solutions, managing, and driving client programs. Account Manager is the lead for the client programs and ensures ROI and results for the programs and services.

Job Description

- Program Strategy and Execution

- Managing program KPIs and Objectives

- Experience in managing events

- Create Comprehensive Account Strategy

- Campaign ideation and management

- Driving program results month on month

- Achieving Program ROI

- Managing internal and external stakeholders

- Program launch and go to market strategy

- Managing Client Engagement.

- Responsible for Market study and competition analysis

- Marketing and communications strategy for programs

- Prepare Analytics and Dashboard

- Monthly & Quarterly Review with Management and clients

- Escalation Management

Requirements :

- Should have shown good growth and scale in programs

- Experience in having implemented programs

- Have designed and created good marketing and campaign strategies- and shown results

- Should have 4 to 8 years of experience.

- Very good communication

- People & Stakeholder Management Experience

- Should have experience working with different teams during project implementation, maintenance & support

- Ability to manage a demanding workload, balance multiple tasks and switch gears while maintaining priorities
