Qualifications & Skills :
- A Bachelor's degree coupled with 6-7 years (Manager) or 8-10 years (Senior Manager) of hands-on experience in client-facing roles.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- A willingness to embark on extensive travel, particularly to remote areas, ensuring a hands-on approach to client engagement.
- Proficiency in tech tools for data management, projections, and presentations.
- Proven experience in resource management, underpinned by a strategic and analytical mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills, marked by empathy and a proactive approach to resolving client concerns.
