Account Manager - Client Relation - Recruitment Firm (2-8 yrs)

Required minimum 2 years of exp in business development with relevant B2B exp or candidate with hiring exp in Tech place (tech recruiters) can also be considered.

He will be responsible for Identify, engage and build relationships with top tech and product companies in India, including their key stakeholders across CTOs and Tech HRs and Build a continuous pipeline of job opportunities

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- New business development to get tech & product companies for their Tech Recruitment

- Source new relevant openings through inbound, lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, emails, LinkedIn & various other job portals

- Maintain and expand your database of prospects across India

- Build strong client relationships to get repeat business

- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest

- Collaborate internally & externally for scheduling interviews for candidates

Skill requirement (ideal candidate):

- Prior experience in Recruitment or Hiring a must-have

- Technical recruitment experience is plus

- Strong B2B, Channel Sales, or Business Development experience is a plus

- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills. Has good listening skills

- Proficient with LinkedIn networking a plus

- Highly confident and outgoing individual

- Experience with top recruiting agencies, channel sales of hiring portals, etc. will be an advantage

- Familiar with coding language/terminology preferred (B.tech, CS background)

Others:

- 3 rounds of interview - HR. Hiring Manager (VC) and salary discussion

- Work from home in the current situation but the candidate should be ready for WFO as and when required

Experience : 


- 2 yrs to 5 yrs of experience mandatory

- Prior experience in Recruitment or Technical Hiring can also be considered

- Must have Business Development in B2B sector.

- Experience in Education / Training preferred
