Global MNC Requires Account Manager (BTL & Events)- Gurgaon

One of our client a leading Marketing MNC offering 360- marketing solutions & CRM /Loyalty programme .

It is over 60 year old MNC operating in almost 40 countries worldwide including India operations

We are looking for Account Mgr ( Event & BTL) for Gurgaon location.

The details are as follows-

5) Exp - 1- 3 years in Client service, BTL, Event Mgt role

THE JD IS AS FOLLOWS -

Job Profile:

Location: Gurgaon ( Udyog Vihar)

Job Profile:

- As an Account Mgr you are required to service the clients on BTL & Event domain

- To lead the production function while ensuring that all events/projects are profitable, executed timely and meeting client expectations.

- Taking complete ownership of projects being undertaken for execution under events & activations.

- Achieve quality in operational output of work with proper project planning

- To ensure that all costs / logistics which are sent out to clients are accurate and have been thoroughly checked internally as well as with vendors

- Work in tandem with the client servicing and the design team to understand client requirements thoroughly.

- Vendor Management-Maintenance of an active vendor database with agreed service quality deliverables & to ensure that the team members keep it updated at all times

- To ensure that correct vendors are chosen for appropriate jobs, proper negotiation is done with them and that their deliverables are managed efficiently

- Propose executable, innovative ideas and explore new technology for events

- A thorough knowledge about event/activity set ups for various events, activations, promotions and corporate contact programs while ensuring that set up flows as per the Production Schedule

- Periodic reporting & closure of business in all aspects like balance receivables, team advances; vendor pay-outs should be undertaken.

Qualification- Graduate ( Mgt qualification preferred)

Experience: 2- 5 years experience in Events Mgt / Activations. & Client Service
