Account Manager (3-8 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities :

Account management :

- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits

- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders

- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas

- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)

- Prepare reports on account status

- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory

- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly.

Technical Skills and Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree or Post graduation

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.

- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.

- Excellent active listening skills.

- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.

- Understanding of consumer behaviours and industry trends.

- Experience in account management highly desirable

- Travelling is default

- You are required to travel to various cities for client meetings, relationship building with stakeholders.

KRA Distribution : 

Business development - 50% Client retention - 40% Team coordination - 10%

Qualifications & Experience :

1. A graduate from any stream; an MBA/PGDBM is preferable but not mandatory 


2. Min of 5 years of B2B account management or sales experience 


3. Speaking local language is required.
