Account Management Role - Recruitment/Staffing Industry (4-6 yrs)
Experience :
Experience of 4 yrs as Sales / Business Development in Recruitment / Staffing / RPO mandatory
- Candidate should have done recruitment and BDM profile with BPO sector
- Good Experience in Account / Client Management and must be able to target new Direct Clients
Responsibility :
- Develop new client accounts.
- Interact with clients on daily basis and identify staffing opportunities to fulfill.
- Get involved in complete recruitment cycle - from sourcing to placing.
- Handle a small team of 5 recruiters, motivate and mentor them.
- Be accountable for revenue targets.
- Client relationship management.
- Leverage your existing relationships and network to open new business.
