Job Description :
- Face to Face interaction with the store managers of high-end fashion brands and meeting agreed targets for Voucher sales
- Developing out-of-the-box strategies and sales pitches.
- Iterate and reiterate the pitch to ensure maximum conversions
- Build a strong relationship with the store managers
- Closely monitor the outcome of the activity by tracking the number of transactions at Store & Cluster level. Deep-dive to develop actionable plans to grow business.
- Escalate real-time operational challenges as told by the store managers
- Being the face of the company in the market and standing up for values we believe in
Skill(s) Required :
Superpowers we are looking for :
- Target-oriented and must have a proven track record of exceeding targets
- Quick learner
- Graduates/Post-Graduate with a Minimum 0-2 year of experience in Sales, business development and account management roles
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and organization skills
- Experience in field sales is a must
- Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
- Good with MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, Google sheets
- Creative thinking! We are looking for people who can think on their feet, come up with innovative solutions and execute them to complete the loop
- Should be passionate about sales
