Roles and Responsibilities :

- Research, identify and prospect for new customers, including collecting information related to the prospect, prospect's company and industry, and compelling events to make effective and meaningful conversations

- Manage the entire sales cycle, from establishing a customer contact till signing a deal

- Find new sales opportunities and turn them into long term partnerships

- Perform prospecting activities such as cold calling and networking

- Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers

- Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience

- Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers- dedication

- Staying current on company offerings and industry trends

Requirements :
 
- 4-8 years of overall experience in Sales, Sales Development, or Inside Sales in the North American market (USA, Canada)

- Relevant Account Executive experience in B2B technology, SaaS industry will be preferred

- Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles

- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships

- Demonstrated ability to articulate value propositions of the product to prospective clients

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in spoken and written English.

- Experience of working in a fast growth environment is preferred

- Proficient with sales technology tools including CRM (Salesforce.com experience is strongly preferred), sales engagement platforms and Microsoft Office

- Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organisation including sales, marketing, product, and engineering

- Start-up experience preferred
