Account Executive - Sales - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
Location: Permanent WFH
Position : Account Executive Level 5

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Speaking to Nova's prospective clients
- Understanding their unique requirements
- Explaining and sharpening Nova's value-proposition
- Providing the product team with feedback to improve our offerings
Requirements :
- Strong spoken and written communication skills in English
-Hunger" to achieve and "Can do" attitude
- Passion for working for a tech startup
- Ability to stay organized and disciplined to meet targets
Must have skills/requirements :
- Experience in the insurance sector
- Experience in B2B sales and client acquisition
- At least some background in employee benefits
- Negotiation skills
- Communication skills
- Experience of maintaining book size of 100+ cr is a must (This requirement is not mandatory for Account Executive Level 3 which is also available)
