Account Executive - Sales - AI Document Management Platform (3-6 yrs)

It reduces the time spent on data entry and also increases the accuracy of the captured data.

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal, negotiating agreements, closing deals, and referrals/upselling.

What you will do:

- Preparing and delivering presentations/demos, and proposals to the USA tech buyers

- Performing outbound sales activities including phone calls, emails, campaigns, and scheduling & facilitating demos

- Qualifying inbound inquiries and appropriately advancing them through the sales process

- Maintaining strong rapport with existing customers, understanding their business needs and providing additional solutions to optimize growth

- Meeting or exceeding key sales activity metrics related to revenue pipeline in areas such as calls, emails, qualified opportunities, and secured demos to facilitate client acquisition and retention

- Cross-functional communication with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and other key stakeholders to provide feedback, and offering ideas on the best practices, successes, and product

- Maintaining data accuracy of customer information in the CRM system to have proper reporting and analytic

What you need to have:

- Bachelors Degree or equivalent in a related field

- 3 or more years of experience in sales or business development roles

- Should have carried or held quota in earlier roles

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate and present verbally and in writing

- Dedication to achieve results within deadlines

- Growth mindset with the willingness to learn and develop professionally

- Knowledge of Excel/Word/Google Docs/Gmail/Hubspot/CRMs

- Prior experience working with "C" & "D" level executives

- Comfort working in EST zone (8 am to 5 pm EST)
