Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive with a minimum of 3 years in sales and account management to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating and managing client relationships, identifying opportunities for business growth, and achieving sales targets.

- Key Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact.

2. Identify and develop new sales opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling.

3. Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their objectives.

4. Achieve and exceed sales quotas through a consultative sales approach.

5. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

7. Stay current on industry trends and competitors' offerings.

8. Maintain accurate sales records and reports.

9. Attend industry events and conferences to expand the client network.

10. Contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.

- Proven track record in B2B sales with a minimum of 3 years of account executive experience.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
