Account Director - Social Media - Digital Agency (7-8 yrs)
A digital agency is hiring for the profile of Account Director.
Experience : 7-8 years in a good agency.
Responsibilities :
- Be the primary liaison between the Agency and the -Client for all ongoing relationships, ensuring the briefs are met with quality and timeliness.
- Head a cluster of clients of the Agency & Manage a Team of Client Servicing Professionals.
- Owns client relationships and works to contribute strategic value beyond day-to-day operations
- Maintain timeline and ensure delivery for key milestones including presentations, approvals, and production
- Ensure projects follow the overall strategic direction of the brand
- End to End execution of marketing projects and campaigns, including ideation
- Measure and report on performance of all digital marketing activities
- Communicates progress of revenue to budget forecast to the team throughout the year
- Attains P&L targets through a combination of existing business contributions and new business development
- Works with Senior Management to set revenue and margin targets by account. Monitors P&L fluctuations to proactively identify risks and opportunities
Required Skills & Preferred Qualifications :
- 7-8 years of account management experience in an agency
- A bachelor's degree or higher
- A passion for digital and marketing communications and creativity
- Excellent client management and presentation skills
- Excellence at understanding timing and budget limitations while pushing a project along, keeping everyone on track and informed
- Ability to serve as a liaison between production, creative, strategic, and development agency divisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Category Experience - E-commerce, FMCG, BFSI, Auto,
