Account Director - Marketing - Integrated Services Firm (9-13 yrs)
We have an urgent requirement for Account Director for award-winning integrated services firm with offices in the US, Canada and India
Location: Noida
Experience: 9-13 Years
Working days : Monday - Friday
Qualification : Graduation and above
Key Responsibilities
- Leading clients' campaign digital marketing campaigns
- Managing Account Managers, Group Account Managers and Client facing personnel
- Driving operational efficiency and quality output for the client's account
- Ensuring that client needs are looked after and met satisfactorily
- Upselling and cross selling to clients time to time
- Overseeing internal team management focusing on account teams
- Comfortable in working cross functionally with design and technical teams to meet client goals
- Looking into smooth functioning of client reporting, monitoring performance indicators (both internal and external)
- Reporting to the leadership on the Account team's performance and growth of accounts P&L.
- Identifying new opportunities for growth.
Core Competencies
- Prior experience with digital agency will be given priority
- Managed large to global clients during previous work experience would be a crucial consideration
- Experience into Social Media Marketing, Online Reputation Management, Influential Marketing and Content Marketing is of prime importance
- Knowledge & experience of paid marketing, basics of media planning & buying would be an added advantage
- Knowledge and experience into managing website & application projects would be an added advantage
