Account Director- Business Development & Marketing - MICE (12-15 yrs)
Account Director- Business Development (MICE)
Responsibilities :
- Drive business growth across all target segments via new business acquisition and existing initiatives that hit business objectives and build experiences for all clients and TG
- Responsible for the end-to-end design and execution, ideation, inter-department coordination, go-to-market strategy, and budget planning
- Responsible for maintaining the BD P&L for MICE
- Work with key stakeholders and supporting functions (internal and external) to deliver high-quality work for experiences, etc.
- Client Mapping and trends for costs and products
- Creating Brand Awareness
Requirements :
- Minimum 15+ years of experiential marketing related experience with a successful record of delivering work with measurable business results on time and on budget
- 10+ years of team leadership experience, with proven ability to grow and manage high performance teams across a broad spectrum of levels and experience. Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate and manage teams through change effectively
- Have lead team with creative inputs on destinations and products basis the brief/proactive understanding
- Experience and business acumen to create organisation growth strategies and promptly establish priorities and communicate expectations
- Able to use consumer insights and human psychology to come up with and develop creative brand handling tactics
- Proven ability to orchestrate mid-large campaigns spanning numerous accounts & teams
- Results and performance driven, preferring data to drive your everyday decisions
- Possess a hands-on mentality and an analytical and structured way of working
- Able to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization to scale quickly
- Self-motivated with a focus to exceed set goals
- Comfortable adapting to new technologies
- Believes in organisational vision & mission to achieve the overall organisational goals
