- AccioJob is a Y-Combinator backed startup founded by IIT Delhi Alumni, solving the employability problem in India.
- We aim to revolutionise the Indian Education landscape by making it more result oriented. We run a 6-Month Program for college students/graduates to upskill themselves and break into Software Dev roles at top tech companies. Our program is a Pay After Placement program; our students pay us only after getting placed with a minimum CTC of 5 LPA.
- We have been able to help students get into companies like Amazon, Paytm, Walmart, Visa, BharatPe, etc., and have witnessed a massive impact on students' learnings and careers.
About the role :
- It's an opportunity to understand the ins and outs of the Ed-tech industry, especially the execution of various business development and sales strategies. We're looking for a super energetic, process-oriented hustler passionate about making India a developer powerhouse.
Responsibilities :
- Be a mentor and guide potential learners, act as career advisor for students
- Counselling potential learners, helping them plan their career path and understanding how AccioJob can transform their career
- Commitment to customer satisfaction, drive exemplary customer experience
- Driving sale conversions and achieving given targets
- Liaison with business teams for upcoming events, programs, admission tests, schemes and other offers.
