AccessWork - Senior Manager - Sales (7-15 yrs)
We are looking for Senior Sales Manager (preferably from Real Estate industry) for our company AccessWork for Gurgaon location.
Detailed Responsibilities :
- Creating new sales channels and working closely with the network of property consultants.
- Creating MIS of prospective clients and leads, Heading the entire north region for sales.
- Take care of P&L for North Region
- Meeting prospective clients and creating sales
- Understanding the client's requirements and proposing the best available options
- Spearheading the local marketing and promotional activities of the Centre
- Participating in events, seminars, exhibitions and generating leads
- Managing centre level events
- Working closely with Community Manager to ensure a stellar experience for customers
- Competition mapping, Build sales team and guiding and training them.
