JOB SUMMARY :


- The role is an individual contributor role that requires working closely with the Advanced Technology Center of India (ATCI), Lead and his leadership team on shaping and executing the digital strategy - targeting both internal and external audience.

- The objective is to position the Advanced Technology Center of India (ATCI) as a leader in innovating at scale and developing and delivering disruptive solutions for clients- at scale.


- The individual needs to have a strong expertise in digital & social media marketing, passionate about technology & ready to work in a fast-paced environment.

- The role requires developing a social influencer program for the leadership team, building expertise in driving swift action on appropriate digital platforms and strengthening the positioning by setting up robust digital planning and delivery.


- The individual will be a part of the Digital Marketing team & work in collaboration with the Accenture Technology team, agencies, respective business stake holders and other resources to drive efficiencies through all campaigns & initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Be the internal consult to the team for developing and executing digital strategy for the Advanced Technology Centers in India (ATCI) mapped to business priorities

- Working on a relevant social media framework to position the ATCI leadership team and select SMEs

- Owning social media content calendar and responsible for always on social campaign to drive awareness with a mix of organic and paid promotions

- Digital content creation and curation (web content, video scripts, infographics) working with content writers

- Digital asset creation working with the respective stakeholders and agencies

- Digital media planning - Planning and executing paid media campaigns mapped to business needs at hand

- Budget planning and monitoring

- Tracking metrics and developing a strong understanding of data to effectively drive program effectiveness.

EXPERIENCE :

- Overall 6-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with background in digital marketing agency or client's side.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS :

- Strong understanding of the IT & Consulting industry, Accenture's area of business and overall business strategy

- Global perspective and understanding of business marketplace

- Deep knowledge of digital marketing, including channels and tools

- Ability to work closely with India leadership, acting as communications advisor, as appropriate.

- Excellent written, communications & presentation skills

- Strong stakeholder and project management skills

- Strong MS Office skills- Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
