Accel - Marketing/Category Lead - Alliances - Social & Lifestyle - Stanza Social (3-4 yrs)
Stanza Living (www.stanzaliving.com) is a technology-enabled, high-quality student accommodation concept which is seeking to disrupt the multi-billion-dollar student housing market by putting the student, as a consumer, at the heart of the product and service design, development and execution. Stanza is challenging the status quo when it comes to student community living. For the first time, we are making student accommodation an experience product in line with evolved hospitality areas like hotels, guest houses and serviced apartments.
Role - Marketing manager
Job responsibilities :
- Lead Offlinemarketing for the brand& help in building the Marketing function
- You would drive the strategic alliances with national & local players in social & lifestyle space
- Develop and execute Annual/Monthly Marketing Calendar - Regular tracking & reporting
- Will create events properties for the community & partner with fests
- ATL & BTL marketing for specific geographies
- Planning & execution of campaigns
Job requirements :
- Experience in sectors like - F&B, lifestyle, travel etc
- Experience in driving alliances & partnerships in the social/lifestyle sector
- Strong knowledge of Delhi NCR geography
- Aware about local social fests, events & related happenings
- Eager to experiment & learn - Willingness to work hard & fast
- Good communication & persuasion skills
- Experience in Sales (channel, retail, personal) or business development will be an added advantage
