Key Responsibilities and Duties :

- Lead Management

- Identifying & Enrolling prospective students in designated courses

- Convert Leads into Admissions from the point of inquiry

- Prompt responses to queries received from prospective students

- Handling telephonic and email enquiries

- Counselling and maintaining regular communication with prospective students and Parents for admission on various course modules

- Encouraging prospects and students for offline and online feedback and testimonials

- Preparing MIS Reports

- Social media handle management is - good to have

- Periodically, as and when needed, respond to social media queries and feedback

- Run and manage centre operations and grievances

Skills:

- Excellent Inter-personal & Presentation

- Excellent Communication and Problem-Solving

- Strong Convincing & Negotiation

- Strong Management & Operations Organizing

- Computer Savvy
