Role : Academic Head (Ed-Tech)

Job Summary:

- To Establish and manage the Teaching & Research Team on our LMS online & Offline-Lead the Teaching & Research Team in developing courseware design of live broadcast courses, such as handouts, courseware, teaching plans, PPT, etc.-Conduct the quality control of teaching products and always strive to modify the existing teaching product line according to the needs of lecturers, students, and market development.-Organize and manage the teaching and research output and carrying out quality control, make sure teaching and research products can help students at different levels improve their academic scores.

Job Description :

- Lead creation of an online/digital learning program for students for Higher Ed.

- Experiment with different formats including but not limited to worksheets, activity driven, LIVE Online teacher led pedagogy etc.

- Enthusiastic to work in a growing start-up environment with tight deadlines while maintaining quality.

- More than 10 years of experience in EdTech corporate sector with a strong passion for teaching/ Content creation/Tutors pool/ Academic partner management.

- Have passion and ability to design, develop and deploy training content in a workshop/ master's mode incorporating the latest content and pedagogy.

- Manages and oversees the execution of all facets of operations needed for the delivery of academic programs and curricula

- Current knowledge of industry practices, trends and issues-Experience in budget planning and implementation

- Highly developed organizational, communication and presentation skills

- Strong management or leadership skills as exhibited by experience in effectively leading a team and/or chairing committees

- Superior interpersonal skills as demonstrated by the ability to form professional relationships at all levels within the organization and with appropriate external stakeholders

- Monitor course offerings throughout the year and partners closely with accreditation/corporates program chairs to address and resolve curricular operational issues.

- Identifies areas where operations could be improved or enhanced through technology, organizational and/or process change and submits the appropriate recommendations
