Expectation : 

- The Responsibilities Would Primarily Include the Outbound, Inbound & Online Chat Processes.

- Night Day Shift: 01 - 02 Years of Good Communication and Understanding of Sales are Most Welcome!!!

- Outbound Process: Upsell & Cross-sell Executive and Certification Courses

- Inbound Process: Attend to the Sales & Services Calls Received On the Customer Care Numbers.

- Online Chat Process: Be Available to Address Any Query Coming Through Online Chat Mode.

- Responsible for Converting Telephone Enquiries Into Admissions.

- Responsible for Achieving Business Targets Through Effective Counselling as per the Timelines.

- Self-motivated & Confident.

- Education Qualification: Graduates (in Any Stream) & Post-graduates Can also Apply.

- Candidate Pursuing Academics are Not Eligible.
